2024 Christmas Cards
This year's card designs were inspired by my awesome cat Tiggy (he loves cuddles, I'm pretty sure he'd love being in a stocking) and my childhood memories of my gran's flower-shaped Christmas lights. Seeing pretty rainbow lights in the darkness around London or turning the tree lights on first thing in the morning are some of my favourite things about the festive season.
Process
I created the linework, drawn by hand using my favourite Unipin fineliner. I scanned this in and cleaned up some areas in Photoshop. In Illustrator I adjusted the layout, added colour fills and shading before preparing the file for print.
Project completed October 2024 and sold in my Etsy store and at SoLo Craft Fair.
