White Cliffs
I loved creating this series of landscape pieces, which I developed from sketches made on the beach at Cuckmere Haven, near Hastings in Kent. Look closer and you’ll see lots of people enjoying their time in nature.
Process
Starting in my sketchbook on the beach with a fineliner, I took these drawings into the studio and used Adobe Illustrator to add colour and depth. For these pieces I incorporated my own photographs of the sky to add texture to the pieces.
Project completed in August 2020.
